Petersburg Subcontracting Center (PSCC) was established in 2000 in cooperation with city authorities. Our company is a member of the Saint Petersburg Union of manufactures and employees and of Saint-Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Only skilled engineers and specialists of various metal treating processes are employed in our company.

Main directions of PSCC’ industrial activities are:

• Manufacture and export of goods made of titanium and its alloys for aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding and machinery industries.
• Actual implementation of industrial cooperation models, optimization of partner search in subcontracting. Manufacturing of machine-building parts conforming with client drafts, plots and design.
• Searching and providing of best market possibilities for different metalworking processes.  Technology and industrial manufacturing research.
• Providing enterprises with temporary and permanent cooperation orders.

 Each order is a part of previous expert examination of our specialists of industrial and manufacture planning board.  The main producer is selected out of scope of enterprises after checking of actual ability to meet present requirements. Subcontracting network built by us, performs the following following industrial metalworking processes:

• welding and assembling
• exact and due measured manufacture of different parts and details
• iron and different alloy casting
• forging
• stamping and bending
• galvanizing
• plastic part manufacturing, etc.

 We use new unique technologies of various material working - graphite, special steels: titanium, copper and their alloys, including diffusion and cathode-ray welding, laser cutting. Quality of our production is controlled by various kinds of tests, including all kinds of non-destructive control, pneumatic and hydro-tests, boost high-speed (up to 12 000 turns per minute) tests for solidity. We supply our production for EXPORT to Finnish companies “Ecopump Oy” and “Aslemetals OY”. Our engineers are highly qualified and have great work experience in different spheres, including experience in aero-cosmic, aircraft and defense industries.  Preparing and organization of manufacturing, quality control of our production are being implemented due to requirements in these industries and are being certified.
